UNIT IV is an urban fantasy / action-horror series about four adults tied to conduits that unlock impossible gifts with real costs. In a world where divine beings move through ritual, influence, and quiet manipulation instead of brute force, every miracle arrives already stained with leverage, secrecy, and appetite.

UNIT IV is not built around clean empowerment. Its gifts come with ritual leverage, emotional debt, and bodily consequence. The divine does not save anyone politely. It makes people useful, watches what they sacrifice, and keeps asking for more.

The visual language of the project balances sanctity with decay: halos, relics, ritual marks, and beautiful things that stop feeling safe once they stay in the frame too long.
World, cast, and visual system
The project already has its tone language, core cast, conduit logic, character sheets, an active script, storyboards currently being developed, and audio production built into the planning pipeline alongside the sponsor-facing site structure.
Built to be legible and memorable
UNIT IV is being packaged to read clearly for collaborators and funders without flattening the actual personality of the series. It is meant to feel distinct on first contact.

Conduits
Each lead channels power through a specific object. The conduit is never just a prop. It is the visible place where identity, obligation, and danger lock together.
Placeholder gods
The divine in UNIT IV leans on ritual, influence, secrecy, and manipulation. They do not solve problems cleanly. They move people toward outcomes and let everyone underneath absorb the cost.
Costs
Power bends endurance, trust, the body, or perception. The gift is real. The damage is real too.
